Cancellation policy at oasis esthetics:
Upon booking an appointment with Oasis Esthetics a card on file is required. By booking an appointment with Oasis you are authorizing Oasis esthetics to charge the card on file in accordance with the cancellation policy. In order to keep providing the best scheduling options for our clients we require a 48 hour notice for all cancelations & reschedules, no exceptions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service total to the card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the total amount of your service to the card on file. The same fee will apply if you do not show up to your appointment or you show up past the grace period for late appointments (7 minutes).
